DELETE /manage/v2/clusters/{id|name}/dynamic-hosts/{host-id}

Summary

This resource permanently removes a single dynamic host, identified by its host ID, from the specified cluster (identified by cluster-id or cluster-name).

URL Parameters
format The format of the posted data. Can be either html, json, or xml (default). This value overrides the Accept header if both are present.
host-id The ID of the dynamic host to be removed.
Request Headers
Accept The expected MIME type of the request body. If the format? parameter is present, it takes precedence over the Accept header.
Response Headers
Content-type The MIME type of the data in the response body. Depending upon the value of the format parameter or Accept header, one of application/xml, application/json, or text/html.

Response

Upon success, a status code of 204 (No Content) is returned. If the specified host does not exist, a status code of 404 (Not Found) is returned. A status code of 401 (Unauthorized) is returned if the user does not have the necessary privileges.

If the request targets a foreign cluster, a status code of 404 (Not Found) is returned.
